Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Neqs Bowtique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at NeqsBowtique@gmail.com so we can update it before your order ships.

Custom items require additional processing time. Please allow 7–10 business days for custom orders to be shipped.

If you need a custom item sooner, a rush fee may apply depending on availability.
